These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between betbaj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses betbaj in any capacity, including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, or withdrawing funds.

By creating an account, accessing the betbaj website, or using any service offered through betbaj, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

betbaj reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Revised Terms shall be published on this page with an updated effective date. 2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use betbaj. betbaj operates a strict 21+ policy and employs identity verification (KYC) procedures to enforce it. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be escalated to relevant authorities.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To create a betbaj account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document
• A valid, active Bangladeshi mobile number
• A unique, secure password of your choosing
• Your date of birth confirming you are 21 or older

You agree not to provide false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information. betbaj reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information you have provided. Failure to supply requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one betbaj account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under another person's details — is strictly prohibited. betbaj employs device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Any bonus funds, winnings, or balances held across duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betbaj login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party under any circumstances. betbaj will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted using your betbaj login credentials is your responsibility. Notify betbaj support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

betbaj accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Payment method availability is subject to change. betbaj will notify users of any material changes via the Platform.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and may be updated periodically. Current limits are displayed in your account's Wallet section at the time of transaction. betbaj reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its discretion.

3.3 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. betbaj will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits are credited to your betbaj account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. betbaj is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or mobile banking network issues.

3.4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed during normal operating hours. betbaj reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment account registered in the same name as the betbaj account. Processing times vary by payment method; most withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are completed within 24 hours of approval under normal conditions.

3.5 Currency

All transactions on betbaj are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to represent the Taka. betbaj does not currently support multi-currency transactions. Any currency conversion required on your end is your responsibility and may attract fees from your bank or mobile money provider.

3.6 Transaction Fees

betbaj does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, your bank, etc.) may apply their own service charges. betbaj is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

betbaj offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence for that promotion only.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. betbaj reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other form of bonus exploitation has occurred.

4.3 Bonus Eligibility

Each betbaj bonus is available to one eligible account per household, per device, and per payment method. Players who hold multiple accounts or who have previously self-excluded are not eligible for promotional offers. betbaj reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to its full redemption if the offer was extended in error or as a result of a technical fault.

4.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated on the relevant promotion. Unused bonus balances that have passed their expiry date will be removed from your account automatically without notice. Wagering progress on expired bonuses is also forfeited.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on betbaj's sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC fixtures, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other available markets, are subject to betbaj's applicable sports betting rules. A bet is only confirmed once you have received an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding stake has been deducted from your account balance. betbaj reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a market was offered in error or where odds were clearly published incorrectly.

5.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to faster odds movement and may be suspended or voided without notice if a significant in-game event occurs before a bet is fully processed. betbaj is not liable for bets that were not registered due to connectivity issues on the player's end. It is the player's responsibility to ensure their device has a stable internet connection when placing live bets.

5.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games offered on betbaj are provided by third-party certified studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates on independently verified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, on real cards, wheels, and game equipment monitored by certified studios. betbaj does not modify game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available from the respective game studio upon request.

5.4 Disconnection Policy

betbaj is not liable for losses arising from disconnection during a gaming session caused by factors outside the Platform's control, including but not limited to mobile network interruptions, device battery failure, or ISP outages. Where a game round was in progress at the time of disconnection, the outcome will be determined by the game engine's server-side result, which is considered final.

5.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming activities. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by betbaj at any time. Stakes that exceed the permitted maximum will be reduced automatically to the applicable limit.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the betbaj platform
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic or account restrictions
• Sharing account access with any third party or allowing a third party to operate your account
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk wagering solely to meet wagering requirements

betbaj uses advanced fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any account at any time. Any funds derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. betbaj cooperates with law enforcement agencies where required by law.

betbaj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or collusive activity
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme
• Court order, regulatory requirement, or other legal obligation

Upon closure of an account for non-prohibited reasons, any verified real-money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. In cases of closure due to prohibited conduct, all balances, including real-money funds, may be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

All content on the betbaj platform — including but not limited to the betbaj brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of betbaj or its respective third-party licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of betbaj.

Game content (including audio-visual elements, mathematics, and branding) provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by betbaj under licence.

betbaj provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted, secure service, betbaj does not warrant that:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
